There is a new funding strategy on the scene, which means a greater emphasis on the individual. NCVO’s Alexandra Roberts explains.

Frontline providers and community organisations all over the country are being challenged by the phenomenon of personalisation. But with definitions of this new strategy ranging from ‘user-led initiative’ through to ‘a top-down government policy agenda’, confusion reigns over just what personalisation is and what it means for the voluntary and community sector.
