Are the foundations crumbling?

The City sky might be falling falling and there may be panic on Wall Street, but property investors in UK charities are keeping cooler heads, reports David Adams.

As this issue went to press, the US government had pushed through its rescue plan for the US financial system, and governments worldwide were trying to deal with what has been touted by the more hysterical commentators as ‘the end of capitalism’.
